Do you allow exchanges?

I do allow exchanges on non personalised items, for example a small ring needing to be exchanged for a standard size. Items would need to be the same cost otherwise the difference would need to be settled. This would need to be discussed with me via email/message beforehand. I am unfortunately unable to cover postage either way and would need a prepaid label inside the return to allow me to send out an exchanged item. All exchanged items need to be returned in their original packaging, unworn and in the same condition as originally posted out.

How will my order be delivered to me?

Each order is presented in a C6 kraft box adorned with my branding stamps. Inside the parcel your order is wrapped with a compostable wallet and tied with grey string. Care cards are included with all relevant jewellery pieces. Cushioned with tissue paper to ensure a safe travel i hope your parcel arrives like a present, ready for the magic of unwrapping your customised piece.

How do I check the status of my order?

I post using Royal Mail 24 and 48 delivery, this is an untracked service so unless tracking has been purchased directly through me at an additional cost i cannot track where your parcel is. I can however keep an eye on your order to see when a delivery attempt has been made.
