They are adjustable with an open back that can be pulled apart or squeezed closed to fit snug. These rings are perfect to subtly hide your positive message, daily reminder or encouraging words for only you to see.

FILL
The black fill isn’t permanent, due to the rings being made of aluminium. The care card included with your ring will give you some instructions on how to best care for the rings with some easy tips on how to fill the black back in at home!

Regrettably, we are unable to emboss messages or logos on any customised products that contain copyrighted intellectual property belonging to other businesses. This includes words and logos. In order to avoid violating copyright and trademark laws, such as Disney-themed themes, video game characters, or anything else that uses the logos, materials, words, or images of another company under copyright laws. We do reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund if you request such personalisation, however we will always get in touch with you first to discuss as the requested design might be able to be adjusted.

 

All items are individually handmade and therefore may vary slightly from the shown picture. Due to the processes involved in hand stamping these can be for example, angle, depth, position or spacing of the letters. We do not see these as defects but adding a personal touch to your unique piece.

Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12pm GMT through Sunday, or bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Lost Post only ships to addresses within the UK.

Dispatch Confirmation

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has dispatched. 

Damages

Lost Post is not liable for any products damaged or loss during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the UK.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognised as a valid address by Royal Mail. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Lost Post will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible : lostpostshop@gmail.com

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
